This tutorial assumes you’ve already created your new email account in SiteAdmin or cPanel.
Secure SSL/TLS IMAP Settings are Recommended

Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
Notes:
- IMAP email access coordinates between the server and your mail application. Messages that have been read/deleted/replied to will show up as such, both on the server and in the mail application. - POP3 does not coordinate with the server. Messages marked as read/deleted/replied to in the mail application will not show up as such on the server. This means that future mail downloads with POP3 will show all messages as unread. - Outgoing mail is sent using SMTP. - We recommend using IMAP over SSL/TLS since it provides increased security for your interactions with the remote mail server.
Now let’s learn how to setup that new email account in Mozilla Thunderbird, so you’ll be able to send and receive emails to and from that new email account.
1) Open Mozilla Thunderbird and click set as default
3) Click the Skip this and use my existing email account
4) Enter Your name, Email address, and Password
5) Click Continue
6) Click Maunal Config
7) Check that the Ports read 993 and 465, then click Done
8) Right Click on Inbox under the Email Address and Click Subscribe...
9) Select all of the folders that you want to see and click OK
10) If your email does not show up, look through the steps again and be sure nothing was forgotten. If not, please contact our support team so that we can help you troubleshoot the issue.
