This tutorial assumes you’ve already created your new email account in SiteAdmin or cPanel.

Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
Notes:
- IMAP email access coordinates between the server and your mail application. Messages that have been read/deleted/replied to will show up as such, both on the server and in the mail application. - POP3 does not coordinate with the server. Messages marked as read/deleted/replied to in the mail application will not show up as such on the server. This means that future mail downloads with POP3 will show all messages as unread. - Outgoing mail is sent using SMTP. - We recommend using IMAP over SSL/TLS since it provides increased security for your interactions with the remote mail server.
Smart Phones: Android
The clients that have mobile phones working with the Android OS start by going to Settings.
Click on Accounts.
In Accounts Click Add Account.
Choose Email to begin setting up the Email Account.
Prior configuring the mail settings make sure that you have an Internet connection through a Wifi access point or through the mobile network. On this window enter the Email address and the Password of your e-mail account. Then click on the Next button.
Enter the Incoming settings for the e-mail account. Select IMAP as the incoming mail protocol.
Verify the e-mail address, enter your username (your full email address lower case), and password (CaSEsenSiTivE). Enter the IMAP server address. Pick the connection’s security type SSL and confirm the server port is 993. Click on the Next button.
Continue with the Outgoing server settings. Make sure that there is a tick in the Require sign-in check box. Verify the login details and the SMTP server settings. Pick the connection’s security type SSL and confimr the server port is 465. Click on the Next button.
Adjust the Sync Settings that best fit your needs and click next.
If you want to set a name for this mailbox, you can do that here. You also need to insert your name for outgoing mail.
The entered information will be verified. Then you can complete the setup by clicking on the Finish setup button. Once you are ready you will be able to use your Android smart phone to manage your e-mails.
